You can certainly give him as much leeway as you want. The fact is that there are any number of examples where he's failed over and over and over and over. At what point do you say, "Ya know, Mr. Rivera, nothing you ever say pans out. I don't believe you any more."

Every single new PR that comes along raises optimism and is heralded by shareholders--every single one. Not one ever comes to pass--ever. It's like shareholders have a two-week memory. At what point do you say that you're no longer going to give him the benefit of the doubt but that he should first provide some evidence before he can regain your trust?
