Raven,,,, good question! Makes me think about the NEW OFFICE in the Class A Building. Offered and leased by a First Class Leader in the NJ office market. Why do they need such a nice office? Biggs and Swift arent even working out of that ofc??!! For Barbara and the office clerks? I dont think so.

How about to meet Mutual Fund Managers, and Big Investors to Invest in the IPO? Why else would they need such a Nice Office ?? Why ?
The IPO could be fantastic for us!!
