Some people did not realize that
nearly all OTC companies are run
by crooks. They never knew the "true"
scope of the OTC history. They focused
on what they "knew"...a certain growth
market with immense potential...just buy
the inventory, spread the word throughout
the internet...word-of-mouth would do the
rest.
People invested alot, then JF announced
a dilutive funding arrangement with GGI.
Hey! No problem! Use it only if you need it.
Then he announced plans for all sorts of
things before getting the rental business
up to speed. He no doubt wanted investors to
invision a great business plan with great
potential, as JF himself expressed publicly,
particularly wanting European investors,
since they tend to "invest" long-term.

But guess what? There is a good reason JF
could not get financing...not even angel
investors. They may have known his past.
We idiots did not...until info began to leak
out...and after many had already lost so much.

I applaud those who took advantage.
