They would not tell Restricted R/S for Float
or tell me last issue & date
They told me I had to call company for that
I called the company left message, no reply yet
Interested to find out what issue was for
and what Brooks merger Assets are

I talked to T/A on 8/31/07
they told me on ~ 8/31/07 ~ 382m O/S
I called company to verify
Chip said he retired 23m shares on 8/31/07

Interesting Homers email looks updated accurate by T/A records and also states $125,000 in debt ...
in regards to current information and Fogel & Co audit for 5/31/07 debt was $316,529 prior to going into Brooks merger ...

Therefore debt was reduced within 3mths by $191,529 along with assets added by Brooks merger .....
That would give asset equity without Brooks assets by 5/31/07 audit at .....

$1,812,093 +Equity / 415,921,369 O/S = $.00435 pps book value
by 5/31/07 audit figures and current o/s & debt without brooks assets .....

Wonder now how much asset value Brooks merger brought into calculate accurate book value for 8/31/07 yr end audit for otcbb uplisting ....
