this definetly needs more attention

1.) if zemla pleaded guilty and is scheduled to be sentenced on 12/7, why is his web site still up pumping other co's
..wonder if the District Attorney is aware of this
who are these other officers working for that web site such as president and various mgr's, are they fraud also..

2.) if indeed, this is the case of a convicted fraudster doing business with sun, where is the sspe board with the likes of steve miller from Nike who should be overseeing this kind of stuff

3.) hopefully this criminal zemla pos gets the slammer on 12/7 and bubba is waiting for him in the cell

4.) this could explain some of the big trading blocks we have seen in the past.


I'm going to start emailing questions to the DA, SUN and any agencies listed in the article informing them that we believe there maybe a connection to the convicted fraudster and the guy who is still posting messages with references smallcapengines which has the same guy listed as ceo who is listed in the fraud conviction article


one of the big questions is; how much sspe stock do these guys have control of (if any)

also note that this is all speculation at this point, maybe there are 2 zemla's in the world and I'm posting on the wrong one but I seriously doubt it

final thought, I doubt comu or sun has any direct knowledge of this (if indeed there is a connection), I don't see sun intentionally getting involved with fraudsters with what they have going on, like branding sponsors such as US army, Hooters and so on..
