Thanks Sly, for that insight.

I thought this would go the way of a lot of businesses that have an internet presence. At the end of the day, I think folks want to go face to face with someone when they decide on buying or selling a home. This venue would be good for someone looking to flip homes or speculate.

This did look like a good venture with lots of promise. However, since I can't sell this, looks like a tax lose and a lesson learned.
