I will also add that it is acurate about the shares being restricted. I also told him that for the most part, pinksheet companies normally have a RS and then start dumping shares and this is what I feel like has been happening lately. Honestly, he doesn't act like he's dealt with many pinksheets, I think he's more or less dealt with bigger stocks, that's all in my opinion, though....I really don't think this is what's going on here at this point, so we'll see what happens now....I am hoping that he's on the up and up. Sure seemed like it:)
