I am starting to think it had to be from restricted shares, some insider bailed and retired shares is usually how these things happen, but who knows until company talks i dont think the float is to be adjusted...just too many shares, recent daytime volumes dont add up to 204 million shares, now treeeeeeman!!!!!!!! treeeeeeeeee!!!!!! does recent ecn add up to 204 million shares???????????????

if not some of those restricted shares had to be the cause, which is also a good thing no matter the cause, ANY REDUCTION AT THIS POINT HELPS THE BOTTOM LINE

if we lost a deadweight director...even better
