Yeah , I see dilution in the chart... Look at the positive CMF and Accum/dist trend over time, they are positive while the pps has trended down. To me, that means freshly printed shares being bought but not enough to keep the pps up long term. Think about it, the OS got over a billion shares somehow....
Just checked their website, they don't even save old news so one can check what they have said in the past. Website also sucks big time....

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
