It's been a good bounce. Did you get in? They were up around 50 cents before, so a little good news should bring that level back. I actually think they'll blow right through a dollar this fall.
A couple more verified sightings like these, 52 and 53 carats each (recovered from the Carolina by local garimperos, or artisinal miners, otherwise known as guys with shovels) should do it.
5000 ton bulk sample should be in process or starting in the next few weeks depending on how you read their schedule.
