If you have your ibox open then just start reading and it shows up in about the middle of the page, they state that on July 1 they converted over 200 million shares into prferred stock that they own themselves and that the OS were now about 180 million shares, I dont remember exactly, just open your ibox and read it. I think that TA just does not have it updated yet and should very soon because I have never seen anything about them issueing any more shares as they wanted to reduce the OS for shareholder value according to the letter. And I did verify and you all can through bloomberg and Etrade the float is 127 million shares, we also are on the sho list for the last 7 days, someone is tryig to short ths one big time and I am glad they are getting screwed. That is also on Bloomberg under news.
