Odds of finding a sub-penny to Nasq are a zillion to one. They are subs cause either could get no financing in the market place or they were Naked shorted to death along with the company Diluting the stock into the billion shares catigory.
SEC made the rules so companies could raise there own cash but selling paper at lower prices but today these Companies are filling there own pockets and not worried what the company will ever do and its becoming a huge problem as day after day or week after week some company slams the door with another huge dilutive S8 thus more paper and more paper leading to RS after RS
