OK, then answer this.

If you were CEO of Moroch, which owns MGC. And some small company you have delt with for two years had a Great model and was already set up (mostly). AND you as CEO of Morock new that the gaming Industry was HUGE in China, and you were wanting to creat the same thing here in the US ...
