all of that could be true, but not if JF continues diluting through the deal with GGI. if he were to simply announce the end of that deal, this stock and its now much lighter weight of 8mil OS would be off to the races...

the terms of the GGI deal are as toxic as it gets. announce the end of it and find alternative financing.
