Kathy ... it is the company that has instituted the hush.
When they ran a little "program" in May and June, the press releases came in flurry.
And the stock price reciprocated what with all of the paid touts.
So obviously, they can release PR's when they want to. They have just chosen not to reward their shareholders with communication.
We discussed motivations earlier tonight. I have said all I will on that topic.
