How can Tirex offer an 'equity position' when they have no shares to issue? This is just so much Threshie fantasy.

No studies, no facts or figures; just a heresay quote from the company's technology partner. More BS about contracts to be signed sometime in the future.

No VC in their right mind would touch this with a three-meter pole.
