The best thing you can do for yourself is knock off that "bashers versus" mentality, and trade on reality and on what you can see or prove (in the future). Not on your emotion of wanting to do the opposite of someone(s) you have decided is a basher (or paid, or alterior motive, or whatever you're convinced of).

That is the best and most honest advice you can walk away with here. You're stubborn, but nobody deserves the fleecing that has been dealt (stubborn or not). If it works out for you using that basher/true-long strategy, then you'd be a lucky one for having bucked most of reality and come out on top. It "usually" doesn't work that way.
