It doesn't seem functional. Where is the cart??? How do I order online? What is "direct" about this site??? How do I get FEDEX to rush out my order? Oh... I have to wait until I get a response from an e-mail... Not very DIRECT if you ask me!!

Definitley not looking good... called the contact number and get some "please leave a message after the tone" message.... eeeeyyyeaaahhhh... May be time to step away from the koolaid???
