I dont know because I dont have L2 at work but I know the OS has gone up and atwt has had some nice volume days and the pps stays the same or goes down. There was a day of 127 million shares traded one day recently and the pps did not budge. Telling sign.

This will eventually go to .0001 and then the RS PR will come .
