Modifying the Constitution,
I will assume,
are "amendments."
Have the amendments
added to date,
been successful
at protecting the
intent of the Constitution?

I say intent only
because I've heard officials
argue that point.
If the intent of the Constitution,
can be interpreted,
....well
I'm not sure if
my question would be
obvious is I researched a bit,
or if even makes sense.

I will set off to answer my own
question, so no reply is necessary.
and,
I may post more later on
the reason I said the
founders never intended
to provide a free and fair
government.
