Yes that is exactly why they are still investigating, forensic accounting is a long process. If SLJB had evidence to clear them selves this would have been over long ago. Have you ever looked at similar cases and there time frames?
IMO sulja will file for bankruptcy and SLJB will be dead easily within a year.
