At the outset, the OSC said it would take them at least six months. That was in January 2007.
We are now at month eight in the process.
Nothing much really happens during the summer, everyone goes on holidays.
Sept 7 will be another extension, but they may choose an actual hearing date in lets say, October.
Or there could be a Settlement Agreement with some or all of the Respondents soon.

Forensic audits take a long time.
In this case, multiple nominee accounts. Funds most likely transferred to multiple bank accounts of the nominees and from there to multiple corporate accounts.
The OSC and RCMP would have to get "orders" to access all of those accounts.
The investigation of one account can lead you to many others.
And so the process goes.
It takes time.

If there was actually a concrete deal that closed and paid, I do not beleive that Harrow would ever have closed.

AF's will never come. This is the third set of AF's that have been promised. Third time is the charm??? LOL
