IMO Calgary will not be a Sulja asset when all of the dust settles.
If Calgary ever gets open that is.
When the OSC and SEC get through with disgorgement, Sulja will be truly bankrupt.
Sam's appears to already have a poor activity level and will probably fail at the end of this autumns busy season.
The showroom will quietly close. Heck it doesnt even keep good hours or stock now. Why would you shop there when there is a fully stocked Home Hardware across the street that actually keeps retail hours and is open on Saturdays?
