MEIX is the only one who filed merger paperwork so far.

REDM and PTXX changed hands from Brian Goldenberg to Mark Rentschler.
Friday REDM filed 15-12g and now lists Robert Clark as sole officer.

YIWA and MHTD changed hands from Goldenberg to Robert Clark.

So these four appear to be closest to RM's with MEIX the closest of them all.
