Ellen, in my opinion management has been let off far too easily on this board for its missteps. What in the world was MS thinking when not too long ago he says that shareholders will be invited to the groundbreaking, and then he neglects to give adequate notice for anyone to attend. The suggestion that this was the result of some security concern its utterly ridiculous by any standanrd.
The games that were played by the RBW's not discussing the shareholder meeting were equally ridiculous in my opinion.
The fact that nothing has ever been said by CYGX about the patent issue is also ridiculous. What are we building a manufacturing facility for if we don't have the technology protected.
The fact that we know nothing about how when construction will actually start, be completed, or be occupied is also ridiculous.
The fact that the start of phase one clinical trials on any product is nowhere in the foreseeable future after all this time and after all the promises is ridiculous.
The fact that money appears to be running out and we don't know anything about the funding of future operations is ridiculous.
The fact that the number of key employees has been halved yet nobody new has been hired, and the fact that MS is apparently not taking a salary is also ridiculous and is simply not a good sign.
The fact that the RBW's cannot point to a single PR that has ever been put out by the company that actually lived up to the original hype is also ridiculous.
While this board may be an unpleasant place for the RBW's, I suspect that it is still closely watched because it is the only place that you can get any information other than the misleading PR's that come out of Houston. People here posted good information about patent issues; the rap NY pr firm sham was exposed here; questions about Simplivir have only been addressed here; and I am sure that there are many others if I took the time to think about it.
