in any stock investment you look at the risk/reward
we all know the risks........non reporting s.e.c. company that is posting unaudited figures...........the risk is that they are totally bogus............and if they are, it can be prison time. i doubt this is the case.......thats the risk.
the reward.............if the numbers are close to the $6 million profit and the o/s are 20-30 million you still have earnings per share of .20-.30--------with a conservative p/e of 10, you get a stock price of $2-$3.
you know what--------i like this risk/reward and we should know by sept 17th.
