Again, the RCMP, as part of the joint securities task force, was already investigating Petar Vucicevich and Andrew DeVries in connection with SLJB on November 6, 2006, nine days prior to PV's failure to provide the audited financials.

Why would short term investors have been disgruntled enough to contact a regulatory commission prior to November 6???
