louis, OK. So you are intrepeting April as "by the end of first quarter (end of march)."?

I thought that by the of the first quarter which ends in March was before April, or are we working off different calendars?

Are you saying that a signicant press release pertaining to the NVEI technology is going to be issued before April 1st???
