I have proof that Steve Sulja is the sole director of Premium and that Premium has no shareholders of record.
I went to a private Corporate Registry in order to get that information for Alberta Corporate Services.

Please post proof that Premium is owned by Sulja.
Or stop posting about this big move to Calgary.
