Very nice observation Rainmaker, that would also make the timing involved much less and maybe even a less expensive type of transaction. Guess we could assimilate that to a Reverse take Over, whereas the facilitator takes legal control of the shell, proceeds to clean & bring to date the filings status, locates a buyer for the shell and simply does a name change and sells the controlling block to the new entity, this is a great way to also maintain existing shareholder value without having to alter the share structure!
