Hurricane Center forecasters are forecasting the storm will reach hurricane strength by Sunday morning as it takes a track to the south of the path of Hurricane Dean. The storm is forecast to be at Category 2 strength when it makes landfall over Central America sometime late on Tuesday or early on Wednesday.
