Damn, the writer was nice, that's not fuzzy math, that G-damn sloppy math by not recognizing the units used by these companies for their revenues. Sheeet, I wonder who's head is going to roll from this?? An underling of Mary Meeker??

An error of 1000 fold magnitude in projected revenue for YouTube. Wheeeew!


I loved the Blodget description of this as "backing in the numbers" and that it was a common practice!! Hell, I didn't get to use this safety net response to correct any infrequent errors in my college chemistry exams. Yes, Professor, I'd like to back in that number because I didn't realize a milligram/liter (mg/L) was really 1/1000th of a gram per liter rather than 1 gram! :)
