The FDA might also question why DNA wanted to make a dose suitable only for an off-label use!


DNA wouldn't be allowed to do this commercially. They would have to do it and then put avastin through ph i, ii and III trials for registration. The cost would be astronomical and they would probably end up charging significantly more for the smaller vials that it cost now (making the whole process moot)
