Oh hey guys...the old DD I posted was not to begrudge anyone I'm not like that. Just when I make a decision to invest into stock of any company I go back to see what I can find especially pinks and otc's one can never be too careful and we all know that. So...I didn't post that to paint a bad picture that was years ago and Miller regretted selling that stock because of the timing of the situation and he even stated that in an article that I linked.
How many of you knew before I posted that information regarding Rowland Hansons' prior affilation and involvement on Maui General Stores Board of Directors way back in 2003? After I found that and started to go back over the recent PR of the new Asian/Vietnam division and Rowland being named too that...I thought it was interesting that he has been involved with Miller in the past. Question is too what degree with the past misfires or was he not involved at all?
By the way I have been conducting research for over 2 years on Vietnamese companies and their stock exchanges (2 of them) along with their scale of their economy and what companies will benefit in Vietnams demographic population. By the way Bill Gates was in Vietnam recently...and Rowland well knows him pretty well I should say.
The difference of the past PR's regarding MAUG is that Rowlands' name has never been featured prominently as much as this one...right out for everyone too see and attract attention too along with Masdens'. What makes this new round of venture different than in years past? There are a few clues of which I have distinguished and ferreted out.
There is a major wood products manufacture goming public in Vietnam that I am aware of amongst several others.
There is also a vacation home for rent on the road to Hana,Maui has a persons name attached to it with the name of Richard Miller and a phone number could be just a coincidence...maybe not.
Not knocking the company whatsoever just conducting my own DD.
If the Vietnam division is successful and actually executes deals to bring Vietnamese companies public here in the US Markets or in Vietnam Markets is profitable... what will be the projected revenue and how will that benefit MAUG a different division what will the split be between them? How will that effect MAUG's share price and shareholders near term or long term? The carbon credits under the Raintrust LLC how does that effect financially the books for MAUG and shareholders investment in the companies stock?
When you are doing business in an emerging economy like Vietnams and it is Communist by the way...you lest not forget is it like stepping back 20 years. Lots of potential and lots of red tape but their recent induction into the WTO is a big step forward for Vietnams future and their people to prosper plus lift themselves up along with their living standards.
Have a great day everybody and once again I did not post this information to cast a bad light on anyone just material information through my research. I actually think that they can be successful but they have too execute. No reason too believe that they will not execute. I actually think it is an absolutely a great strategic plan without a question in my mind. Hope that clears the air with some of you.
