moldme1: you have a very good handle on the situation and what went down, as far as a class action... well the float is so tightly held by insiders that there are only about 7 million shares out in the retail market... so... not much of a class for action.
There are only two saving graces left, profitability and moving to the OTC... both of which provide a glimmer of hope for the future... filings are up to date and the new order system has cut overhead...
Although I have seen no one with the habaneras to double up at this level... as tempting as it may be, more information is definitely needed
