Each morning we have a safety meeting with the crew and have a topic of the day that is covered. At the end of each meeting we say a prayer over the crew for their (and our) safety. I pray for good weather to help our efforts. And I pray for success of this well, that we might use this to go to bigger and better things. My prayers don't have anything to do with a dire situaiton.
