BHWF The Blackhawk Fund to Generate $2.2 Million From Sale of Real Estate Holdings

CARDIFF, Calif., Aug 29, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- The Blackhawk
Fund, (BHWF) is actively marketing the real estate holdings owned by The Company,
which have an appraisal value in excess of $2,200,000. Upon sale of these
properties, Blackhawk's revenue will increase to the highest level in The
Company's history.

The Company is in the process of liquidating its real estate holdings as the
final phase in the shift to becoming a pure Media Company. The Blackhawk Fund
acquired 10 cable television shows and related media properties in January, 2007.
