Nexus Nano Electronics, Inc. Receives Additional Funding from Yorkville Advisors

HOUSTON, Aug 28, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Nexus Nano Electronics (Pink Sheets: NXNO.PK), announced today that it received additional funding from Yorkville Advisors. The additional funding made available to Nexus has been utilized to replace an existing working capital line of credit and a plant and equipment loan previously held by Comerica Bank, and to provide additional working capital needed to fund its operations in its Brandon, Vermont and Woburn, Massachusetts.
