I think you really meant to say "Shareholders SHOULD demand progress by then". There is nothing as a shareholder that I can actually do. Yes we can voice our opinion and if an overwhelming majority of shareholders were to feel that Dan needed to be removed, the only way to do so is if the Board of Directors were to fire him or ask for his resignation. I have seen some BOD's totally ignore the shareholders vote and go a different route, but in today's culture the BOD's will need to be mindful of their fiduciary duties or they will be held accountable.

P.S. new site just discovered http://www.proxymatters.com/ that will eventually help with these proxy votes! The big one right now is going on with Disney.
