Usually it takes a few months to close a store down. There are liquidation sales and moving. There are a lot of people on the payroll and it takes 3 months to open a new location. It is strange that only the boots happened and why does it take so long to announce an LA store? I am in the commercial real estate busines in Southern California and to leave a successful location over the name of a line of clothing seems stupid. There is a large cost to change locations. So why did the perfume deal never happen and why did the denim deal also dissapeared? Why not globablly sell in Japan and Dubai and Moscow, hot brand markets? I think management has poor communication skills and is weak when it comes to making things happen. It is interesting that Doug is hiding from the stockholders. what would happen if he had annual meeting now??
