very good, that's exactly what i thought too
IMO:
if for a 1000:1 split, O/S would be shortened to some 3 millions or so (supposin' the float right now is some 3 billion) ---- which, IMO again, would not be very practical,
let’s say their intention is Nasdaq SmallCap Market,
I’m not sure but I think the Minimum requirement are something like: Net Tangible Asset of 4 Million, minimum PUBLIC float of 1 million and min. Market Cap. of 50 Million!! ( Market value of public float of at least 5 million plus $4 minimum bid )
Therefore, IMO:
100:1 split sounds like a moderate choice
in order to do so, Thinkpath would have to come up with something (after CD thing is over) to pump up the price to some 0.05 or so
so to speak.
btw, look at the hype around "IBZT" right now, that company is not even 1/1000 of Thinkpath yet tradin' at this crazy level

if we all know this will eventually happen (if Nasdaq IS their intention), why not get in now so you could make some 10--20 baggers?
u know stocks market is always a question of "to eat" or "to be eaten" ; ppl. gettin' in first r always the winners (normally + when the stock is shootin' up)

when news pop out, IMO;
70% of buyers would have no such thorough investigations..
so..why not take this chance and treat urself a nice meal?

why not now?

how do u think?
peace
