TheRoadHome768....they were kicked off the NASD back in 2002. IMO, to attract the bigger clients, it is more reputable to be listed on an exchange that is not as corrupt as the OTC BB.

To apply for the Nasdaq.....from my past experience, it takes about 4 months. So lets say the CD's are fully subscribed by July and they do a rollback shortly thereafter.....we're now talking 2005.
