3. RIGS?
There are 2, which have been paid for. Many complications
have risen....Parts...weather..
Parts are in short supply, not just in Texas but world-
wide. He spoke on this a bit, and I was satisfied with
his comments.
Weather. He explained that the manufacture has to take the
Rig outside to work on the mast, when this rig goes outside
another rig goes inside in its place. I do not recall
how high in the air the mast goes, but foul weather stops
the work on the mast, then the rig sits there due to weather
conditions. He has Engineers down there on a regular basis
to check on the status of the rig and observe what is
happening. I gathered this was a very regular basis...
parts are an issue. Will pr when rig is ready.
