The local time in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is 3:16pm. I just called the "Wessal" number again, and it was answered:

"Thank you for calling Wessal International Group. Please dial your extension or zero for assistance." When I pressed zero for assistance, as I had done months ago when I attempted to reach someone at this same number, it rings...and rings...and rings...and rings...but nobody ever answers.

Why do you think that is that a large and powerful international corporation like the much touted Wessal doesn't even have someone to answer their telephone?

I think it's because this is a dummied up website with a telephone like that most likely could be traced back to someone relating to PV or the SLJB cast of characters, just like the phone number for "Wessal's lawyers in the Middle East" that eventually was traced back to a guy in Windsor. LOL

Just more games.
