It looks to me that any deal making with Cathey Forest is long in the past at least back to 8/9/2005, but what is not stated is since Cathey is current is there or has there been a plan to reverse merge Cathey or any other company into this empty shell called Pacific Vegas ( PVEG ).

That would be the best prospects it looks like if a company with good prospects plans to merge with this company.

We should keep watch for an announcement with the SEC listings under DEF 14A or a PRE 14A for any merger plans. There was a DEF 14A with Cathey in 2005 but the PVEG ticker and name still exists separately from the Cathey name and ticker. Apparently it fell through.
