No my friend, I'm not up there. My comment is based on the information posted that shows Sams is doing little. But I was suspicious from the beginning when I heard what they paid for Sams. I'm a contractor and from the information we were able to find, it just didn't ring true.
They were talking about ME deals and touting huge revenues and it just didn't make sense to buy another business when your projected plan was just shipping large shipments from manufacturers.
I was sold on the idea that a small family owned company had fallen into an opportunity, to some extent by their ethnic background, to partner with companies in the Middle East to 'middle-man' construction supplies like drywall, lumber, plywood, steel studs and beams, etc. And I believed the story that they had the significant income/cash flow to handle it. I was wrong because I was lied to by these supposedly honest people who were in fact going nowhere and chose to run a scam. These are not bumbling fools, they are just simple crooks. It has already been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. There are however, people around without reason or honor.
