I believe Sams was a ploy to hide money. I don't think it was ever owned by the stock we purchased. It isn't now and never was worth what they paid. Deals like this are done all the time where a company pays way more for something than it's worth and gets a form of kick back.
There will be years of suits attempting to get money back from Stevo, but he has cleverly dispersed money to keep himself in business.
A little distributor in the original market, another unopened place in Alberta, and now a new company in what, Michigan?
They were going under in Harrow, and now since they bumbled the trip to the big time (assuming they really thought it was possible)they're on to plan B, namely disperse and hide behind the paperwork. JMO
