I think the general nature of Pinks and the reputation of people who run pinks will work against them here. The pump and dump style can be proven as well as a patter of behavior by Winick. I think there is some potential here and if a lawyer who specializes in this type of law sees that he will work it where he gets paid if he wins it. There is a big stock law company here in South Florida. I may have to gather some info and bring it to them.
I have some other contacts that I will tap into when ready to attack.
I am just not ready to throw in the towel just yet.
I still feel in my gut that something here could work.
