Bull cents, WRII is no way involved with the merger to barite pacificorp at this stage as per the info provided by invest and others.But yes JR may have some other plans to sell shares of WRII and since it is not a blank cheque, he has filed regdex.

ONMC is involved with Barite pacificorp. End of story
