How can the same thing be done.

There are no Board Of Directors,CEO,COO, nor CFO.

We have a President,Secretary, and Treasurer all by the name
of Sandy Winick. He may also be maintenance and sanitation
director.

If a man makes a decision,
and a woman is not around,
is he still wrong?
